How to Apply

Five steps from choosing your track to hearing your decision.

Application window for 2026: Opens 1 September 2026, closes 15 October 2026. Future windows will be announced at least 3 months in advance.

  1. 01

    Choose your track

    Read the programme pages and select the one that fits your situation — Scholarships, Research Grants, or Academia Support. You may only apply to one track per cycle.

  2. 02

    Prepare your documents

    Typically: academic transcripts, admission/enrolment evidence, a personal statement (500–800 words), one reference, and — for research grants — a project proposal and budget (max 3 pages).

  3. 03

    Submit the online form before the deadline

    Late or incomplete applications are not reviewed, so start early. Upload all required documents through our secure application form.

  4. 04

    Shortlisting and interviews

    Shortlisted candidates are invited to a virtual interview with our review panel.

  5. 05

    Decisions

    All applicants are notified by email by 30 November 2026. Award recipients are announced publicly on this site.
